I am looking to buy a new desk and I have my eyes on the IKEA Saljan Countertop. I was reading an older post that was saying to not use a monitor mount on the Linnmon desk as it is to weak. My question then is the Saljan Desk strong enough for monitor mounts. I currently just have a double mount holding a 27 inch and a 24 inch monitor. I'm going to put together a desk soon with a butcher block countertop from Home Depot with dimensions around 72" long by 36-40" deep. The desk will have three monitors and my PC on it.
